The service

AETHER Scout helps you discover jobs and compare opportunities with your professional experience and preferences. Job information may originate from employers and third-party applicant tracking systems. Scout normalizes that information and provides discovery and matching context.

Availability and applications

Jobs, requirements, geographic eligibility and application links can change. Review the employer’s current posting before applying. Applications may take place on external websites under their own terms. Scout does not guarantee that a job remains available, that information is error-free, that you are eligible, or that any application will result in an interview or employment. A fit indicator is an estimate, not a hiring decision.

Your account and acceptable use

Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use Scout lawfully. Do not impersonate others, upload content you are not entitled to use, abuse telemetry or application links, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or misrepresent employer postings.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in the profile and resume content you provide and permit Scout to process it to operate your workspace and recommendations. Employer postings and third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders. Access to Scout does not transfer ownership of its software, branding or other protected materials.

Limitations

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Scout disclaims implied warranties and liability for losses arising from inaccurate or unavailable postings, matching estimates, external sites, or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
